Cavitube ultrasonic flow cell

Oil Blending with Ultrasound

Energy-efficient oil blending with the latest ultrasonic flow cell: optimized processes for precise and resource-saving oil mixing

BLENDING WITH ULTRASOUND

**Efficient oil mixing with ultrasonic flow cell: faster, more sustainable and more energy-efficient**

The innovative **oil blending** process uses an **ultrasonic flow cell** to quickly and efficiently homogenize the components to be blended. Instead of traditional methods such as heating, stirring and subsequent cooling, the ingredients are passed directly through the ultrasonic flow cell. Ultrasonic waves create intense cavitation that evenly distributes the molecules and ensures high-quality oil blending.

This process offers two decisive advantages: significantly increased **energy efficiency** and a significantly higher **process speed**. By eliminating energy-intensive intermediate steps, the system not only saves time, but also resources and costs, making it ideal for industrial applications where sustainability and efficiency are key.

With the **ultrasonic flow cell**, you can rely on the latest technology for precise, resource-saving and fast oil blending.

Ultrasonic flow cell Cavitube

Ultrasonic flow cell CaviTube – precise treatment in flow
The ultrasonic flow cell CaviTube has been specially developed for the efficient treatment of liquid substrates in flow. Thanks to its innovative design, the flow cell is completely maintenance-free and has an exceptionally long service life.
The precisely controllable power input enables optimal adaptation to a wide range of applications, particularly for the treatment of oils with exactly the necessary energy input. The unique design of the CaviTube generates a homogeneous sound field over its entire length, ensuring precise process control and the production of sustainable emulsions.
For larger applications, multiple ultrasonic flow cells can easily be cascaded to scale performance and meet individual requirements.
Discover the advantages of the CaviTube flow cell for your processes – powerful, maintenance-free and efficient.

TRADITIONAL PROCESS – ENERGY AND TIME-CONSUMING

In the traditional oil blending process, the required oils and additives are first added to a heated tank (50°–60°C) and stirred for an extended period of time. This process is extremely time-consuming, as the stirring and subsequent pumping into a cooling tank takes several hours. In addition, the entire process is energy intensive, since both heating the tank and cooling the mixture, which takes about a day, require considerable energy. The process is typically carried out as a batch process, which results in high operating costs and long processing times.
