The treated substrate was pumped with a over 30 meters of pipeline.
Without an application of ultrasonic desintegration accumulate there a counterpressure of more than 5 bar.
With a ultrasound system this drops to only 2 bar.
This is a clear sign of the influenc of ultrasonic desintegration on the flowability. This relieves agitators and pumps, accelerates the biology and increases the general operational safety of the biogas plant.
