Background

The aim was increasing of the efficiency of the biogas plant.

Result

An independent laboratory verified an increase of the methane gas production of the treated samples in comparison to the untreated ones of 15,7%.

275 kW Impianto biogas Rastdorf

Background

Because of his difficult substrate mixture, which had reduced fluidity caused by the high proportion of horse manure and of intermediate crops, the plant operator decided in favour of a preparation step using a disintegration plant from Weber Entec.

Result

The viscosity decreases perceptibly, the substrate is more homogeneous, and the addition of enzymes and trace elements has become superfluous. A lab test indicated an increase in efficiency of 20.5% in comparison to the untreated control.

Sfondo

Il cogeneratore lavorava con un carico massimo del 75% soltanto (190 kW). Lo scopo era quello di raggiungere il carico massimo del 100%. Inoltre l’insilato di mais doveva venir gradualmente sostituito da substrati più difficili come l’erba.

Risultato

Già tre mesi dopo la messa in funzione dell’impianto di disintegrazione a ultrasuoni il cogeneratore ha raggiunto un carico massimo di 230 kW. Attualmente lavora a pieno carico.

WWTP in Baden-Wurttemberg

Background

The aim of the waste water treatment plant was to increase the gas yield as well as to reduce the amount of sludge and as a result of that the disposal costs.

Result

A batchtest showed an increase of the gas yield of the treated thickened surplus sludge of 11.5%.

Background

The biogas plant was built to expand the crop rotation through the plantation of maize and grass. The ultrasound disintegration plant of Weber Entec shall increase the gas yield of the used substrates.

Result

The laboratory test yielded to an increase of the treated samples in comparison to the untreated samples of more than 10%. Note, that the sampling was carried out two month after installation and commissioning of the disintegration plant. It can be assumed that the real increase is higher than the measured increase.

An independent laboratory confirmed that the gas yield was increased of more than 20% and by that the efficiency was improved.

An independent laboratory confirmed an increase of efficiency of 17,9% after ultrasound disintegration.

This biogas plant mainly uses maize and manure. The aim was saving substrate and increasing the gas yield.

Result

With the disintegration plant of Weber Entec the gas yield was improved significantly. The laboratory verified a more than 21% higher  biomethane production.

The biogas plant had the aim to increase the gas production as well as to save substrate.

Result

After installing the ultrasound disintegration plant an efficiency increase of more than 22% was measured.

An independent laboratory experiment showed an increase of the gas yield of the surplus sludge up to 17%.

WWTP in Switzerland

Background

Different disintegration experiments have been carried out on a waste water treatment plant in Switzerland for investigating the efficiency on the aerobic decomposition of several substrates.

Result

Kitchen waste was used for one of the experiments. There an efficiency increase of more than 9% could be pointed out.

395 kW Biogas plant in North Rhine-Westphalia

Background

The main substrate of this biogas plant is maize silage. The aim was reducing the substrates as well as increasing the biogas yield.

Result

An independent laboratory carried out a batchtest and confirmed the efficiency of the ultrasound disintegration plant. The treated samples showed an increase in efficiency of more than 20% in comparison with the untreated samples.

In a batch-test an increase in efficiency of more than 12% could be showed.

1 MW Impianto biogas Magliano

Sfondo

Questo impianto biogas utilizza un’ampia miscela di substrati, tra cui sorgo, insilati di mais, fave, avena, trifoglio e loglio.

Risultato

Un laboratorio indipendente ha dimostrato un incremento di efficienza del campione trattato pari all’11,4% rispetto a quello non trattato. Un’ulteriore prova ha consentito di dimostrare un aumento addirittura del 13%.

Impianto biogas Mühlacker

Tecnologia

L’impianto produce biometano da materie prime rinnovabili. Per aumentarne l’efficienza, è stato equipaggiato con la tecnologia a ultrasuoni di Weber Entec.

Risultato

Il campione sottoposto al trattamento a ultrasuoni presenta nel test in batch un incremento del 13,2% rispetto a quello non trattato.
